so i should be getting ready to head to pgh, but i am so slow moving this am. urgh. the weather seems to have calmed down a bit, not as hot and not as muggy either.

met d for dinner last night over on the hill. it was so weird, i hadn't been over that way in a while and as it is summer, i was amazed as just how young everyone was over there, i know it's the season of the interns but still!! jeez louise! everyone looked straight outta j crew with their khaki's a popped collar polos. weirdness. anyway, we cruised by ikea on the way back and believe it or not, neither of us bought a thing. i really shouldn't buy a thing b/c i would have to move it in 8 weeks (yes that is the official time remaining in dc, should i add a counter to my blog?)
but danielle has no excuse!! ha ha.

oh, this is my police mug which i inherited from a coworker who was leaving our office yesterday. nice.
