back in dc
headed to PA for a short jaunt this weekend. sure the sky looks really blue in this photo, but really, it was unbelievably hot all weekend with some rain on saturday.
let's see, drove up saturday AM, picked up the reel to reel that my dad was giving to gabe, went to hang out with natasha at the shop where i gave gabe the reel to reel, got a haircut, etc. me, natasha, dana and jason b. went to dinner, a bit of a disaster, but we tried something new and it didn't really work out (don't you hate that, it totally encourages you to stay within the three resturants you know will be good, or you know mediocre, but that's what you expect. i know eat n park is not great, but it is consistantly mediocre!!). went to the bookstore and met up with heather and then back to n and d's house where we all just chilled.
sunday i went with my fam to best buy to check out the computers, went well, things were on sale even more than expected so that was good, i am getting ready for school so i feel good about that. drove back and talked to michele who i think might have had a bit of a day with all the excitement from the weho gay pride parade (she saw paris!)
so all in all, good weekend. it's still super hot in dc, but hopefully later this week the weather will break.
