introduction to pittsburgh culture
i know some of you will immediately be able to recognize what this is a photo of, others will need the introduction.
this is a sandwich from primanti's in pgh. yes, i know it looks totally messy and slightly gross, but trust me it's delish. i usually get the cheese sandwich, melted cheese plus the coleslaw (not really mayo-y, more sour i guess) and the fries and no tomatoes. it's the kind of place where they will yell at you if you don't want the fries or slaw, i get scared asking for no tomatoes, and typically you should split one with someone.

(somehow this one looks so tidy, don't know...)
